ELJ Communications Centre

This high-end 15-storey building is located along Mother Ignacia and Eugenio Lopez Streets in Quezon city. It houses broadcast facilities including studios, technical rooms on the lower floors, corporate offices of the different departments and subsidiaries and executive offices at the top floors, the first of its kind at the time.

The design is straightforward and timeless, using a triangular plan configuration following its lot shape. Double glazed windows, curtain wall system and modular concrete panels were used for the facade.

The structure was built during the tenure of Mr. Eugenio Lopez Jr. as chairmain of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation, and was thus aply named ELJ.
