Glorietta 4

Glorietta 4 is the last wing of the old Quad to be redeveloped, and was launched in 1998 as a mixed-use sector. The anchor is a businessman’s hotel and serviced apartments, Oakwood Premier Ayala Center, which is now the Ascott Makati.

The project is a well-appointed, sophisticated, elegant and spacious residence designed exclusively to address the needs of traveling executives (expatriates) and their families. With floor to ceiling windows, it offers refined city living and is considered one of the most luxurious serviced residences in Metro Manila’s serviced apartments, being a pioneer in this industry as well.
