One Legazpi Park

One Legazpi Park is the one of the first modern high-rise residential condominium developments of Ayala Land that would later give birth to the Ayala Land Premier brand, which captures the developer’s heritage and reputation for creating high-end vertical and horizontal communities that endure in value and excellent reputation.

The 50-storey residential building’s floor plate was designed with a pin-wheel configuration, giving the illusion that the massing of the tower is broken into parts. This pin-wheel configuration makes the elevations of the corner units appear as bookends, and provide for architectural treatment in the middle of the facade.

The 5th floor houses amenities which include a swimming pool, gym and an indoor play area. A social hall readily sits a large group of people, opens up to a landscaped podium to accommodate more guests.
