Inspired by a veil, the distinctive façade of The Royalton at Capitol Commons
is characterized by undulating balconies that seem to billow in the breeze. The unique facade at every level betrays an efficient floor plan still geared for a premium user experience. The project was a welcome logistical challenge for the firm as the design called for a unique plan at every floor.
