The building is a mixed-use development located at the core of the Ortigas business district, offering luxurious residential, commercial, and office spaces.
Its design was inspired by the sailing ships of the Galleon trade during the 16th century. The podium resumbles the hull, with two towers above it that act as the bow, topped off by a mast.
