MarQuee Mall

A pioneering shopping mall development that jump-started the leisure and entertainment lifestyle among the Kapampangans. It opened in September 2009 and is Ayala Land’s second leisure project north of Manila and first provincial shopping center foray outside Cebu. Designed to draw the higher end of the market, It is a three-level commercial complex with a total retail floor area of 101,000 square meters. It houses over 450 shops and restaurants, including a retail brand zone, and a cinema & entertainment level.

The development interacts with the surrounding regional neighborhood business areas and civic center. To integrate the existing Angeles City Hall with the new civic park, streets and laneways link that major anchors and specific retail zones were readdressed and interconnected. A market street mall links to the civic park and the main transport bus interchange. The heart of the MarQuee development is a 1,700 sqm. activity center that connects all zones.
