Fairview Terraces

A lifestyle hub designed in Ayala Mall’s signature spirit of lush green settings. Fairview Terraces is a five level commercial complex in the heart of a bustling residential and commercial center with over 104,000 sq. meters of retail space.

The Terraces sits on what used to be a lagoon. Said lagoon was taken to heart in designing this mall north of Manila. The highlight of the complex is the lush garden with landscaped promenade, highlighted by a water feature and connections to the podium roof gardens. Surrounded by alfresco dining, the landscaped spine acts as a natural convergence for residents, shoppers, and office workers.
